My little girl turned five today! We spent the day with Nana going out to eat, playing on the playground, to the national park, and opening presents, it was honestly a great day! I can’t believe she is five! I hate watching my little girl growing up. I’m thankful for everyday I have with her because I know how much trouble I went through to get her here. We almost lost her during her birth and the odds were definitely against us both at that time but she showed us all right then and there that she is a fighter! She has not once stopped fighting nor has she stopped blessing me. Babygirl we all love you so much and I am so proud of you and amazed by you daily. I know as the years go by we will have some ups and downs but mama loves you so much and you will always be my babygirl! Happy birthday Princess!

This weekend we celebrated Labor day by cooking out with my parents and taking the kids fishing. This was the girls first time fishing! My son however is a pro at fishing, I honestly believe he could tell the men on TV a thing or two about catching fish.
All the kids caught a fish and if you’ve ever been fishing with kids then you know that nothing else matters as long as the kids are catching fish!

If you’re a regular reader of my blog then you’ve noticed that this week I haven’t really been around. I hate it because blogging is how I relieve stress, it’s how I become myself again after being supermom and super housewife, it’s five minutes of the day that I give to myself and this week I’ve lost that five minutes.
I have waited for what seems like forever to begin training for the new client and after much back and forth on dates from the company I have now started training. It’s awful!
I also started my college courses this week. Six classes and tons of work! I have Arthurian literature, a science course, science lab, psychology, child and adolescence developement, and statistics. I again am loving that I’ve started but I kid you not I feel like I am constantly reading and taking notes. There is never a moment I’m not either in front of the computer training or reading lectures or with the family with a book in my hand reading assignments. I’ve lost myself again and this time I’ve lost my kids!
I am so frustrated with myself for not having it all under control, for not being the perfect super mom, for not being able to do it all and still spend time with my family.
Please give me a hug and then click on the link to add your Friday Frustration!
